Head Start/Early Head Start Director
Linda’s career spans over 40 years addressing the needs of children, families, and communities in new and innovative ways with heightened quality and collaboration in all aspects of service delivery.
Linda formerly served as President/CEO of a premier Head Start Program of Excellence in New York State, Linda’s family moved to Florida at the launch of the state’s major school readiness initiative. There, she was asked to serve in executive leadership to design and manage child care systems, partner with community resources, and raise the bar on the quality of services being delivered. Part of that work extended to the Florida Head Start Community where she was employed as a Training Specialist by the Florida State Head Start T& TA Office.
Upon her return from Florida Linda has served the Agency as Director of Community Development, and currently serves as the Early Learning Program Head Start/ Early Head Start Director.
Linda has a Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Coursework and years of Management and Leadership Training. She is a Certified CLASS Observer, a Certified Trainer for the Family Development Credentialing Program, and a Nationally Certified ROMA Implementer.
