Homeless Assistance Program



The services provided through these funds are sub-contracted to Catholic Social Services and American Red Cross, Carbondale.

Services include:
  • Payment of rent and/or mortgage to prevent eviction
  • Establishment of permanant residences for homeless individuals and families
